HOLIDAY POLICY Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, starting November 1st-December 31st we require a 3-days/72hour notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 3 days/72hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of total services scheduled. Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment. Due to this increased demand we can not guarantee to fit you back on the schedule prior to January 5, 2023, if any adjustments are made to your appointment after this booking. We also ask that you do not bring any additional guests (children, friends, family members) with you to your appointment as space in the salon will be limited. We request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a rebooking fee of 50% of the service amount, which must be paid before scheduling next service.
